This is a material connection. A recommendation, assessment result, comparison, email, message, demonstration, social post, shared card or product link may lead to compensation if the visitor completes a qualifying transaction.

- Does not replace a professional consultation;

The primary and secondary matches are educational suggestions generated from the assessment's scoring logic. They should be treated as possible topics for discussion, not medical conclusions.

References to comfort, balance, mobility, focus, energy, sleep, calm, recovery, vitality, performance, confidence, metabolism, appearance or daily wellness describe general wellness goals only.

The person providing a testimonial may be a customer, Affiliate, family member, event participant or someone who received a sample, discount, incentive, commission or another benefit. Material relationships should be disclosed where applicable.

08Official Product Information, Ordering and Enrollment
Find Your Patch may provide product education, comparisons, assessment results, demonstrations, follow-up support and links. It is not intended to replace, obscure, bypass or imitate the official Super Patch ordering or Associate enrollment process.
Purchases, subscriptions, customer accounts and Associate enrollments must be completed through official Super Patch channels.
Once you leave Find Your Patch, the external website's current terms, privacy policy, pricing, return policy and disclosures apply.
09Contact Requests, Consent and CRM Information
Completing the assessment does not by itself require you to provide your name, email address, telephone number or postal address.
If you deliberately submit a contact request, consultation request, order-related message or follow-up form, the information you provide may be stored in Gina and Manuel's private customer relationship management system so they can respond, document communications and provide requested support.
Contact information should be collected only with consent and used for the purpose disclosed at collection. It must not be sold as a customer list.
You may request correction or deletion of your submitted contact information, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or transaction-record requirements.
10Anonymous Assessment Statistics
Find Your Patch may count anonymous assessment completions and aggregate how frequently products appear as primary or top-three educational matches.
These aggregate statistics are intended for website and business analysis. They are not clinical research, do not measure product effectiveness and should not be presented as evidence that a product produces a health outcome.
Assessment answers and recommendation frequencies must not be interpreted as diagnoses or medical records.
11Email, SMS, Telephone and Messaging Consent
If you request contact or separately consent to reminders, you may receive communications by email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, social media or another selected method.
Communications may include requested assessment explanations, consultation information, product education, post-purchase observation materials, follow-up reminders, offers or official ordering links.
Consent to receive general follow-up does not automatically constitute consent to every marketing or reminder program. Where separate consent is requested, it will be recorded separately.
You may unsubscribe or withdraw optional communication consent using the method provided in the message or by contacting Gina and Manuel. Transactional communications concerning an existing request or purchase may still be sent where permitted.
12Post-Purchase 7-Day Observation Guides
A tailored 7-day observation guide may be prepared after a customer's actual product purchase has been recorded. The guide is an educational self-observation document—not a medical chart, diagnostic test, clinical outcome measure or proof of effectiveness.
The guide invites the customer to record personal 0–10 observations at a starting point and on Days 1, 3 and 7. Scores are subjective and are meaningful only as the customer's own description of their experience.
The guide does not instruct a customer to stop medication, change treatment, ignore symptoms or delay professional care. Concerning or worsening symptoms should be discussed promptly with a qualified healthcare professional.
13Business Opportunity and Income Disclaimer
Any information about becoming a Super Patch Associate is general information only. Enrollment does not guarantee income, profit, bonuses, rank advancement, rewards, business growth, financial independence or any particular result.
Results depend on individual effort, sales activity, customer demand, skills, expenses, market conditions, consistency, follow-up, compliance and many other factors.

Find Your Patch does not claim ownership of those assets. References are used to identify and discuss the relevant products, subject to applicable permissions and company policies.
The presence of a name, image, link or product description on Find Your Patch does not mean the website or independent assessment is owned, endorsed or approved by Super Patch corporate.
15Shared Cards, Social Sharing and Friend Invitations
Share-card and challenge-a-friend features are intended to share general information about the independent assessment. They should not disclose a visitor's private answers, personal priorities, contact information, product purchase or confidential CRM record without explicit action and consent from that visitor.
When a visitor shares through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook or another platform, that platform's terms and privacy practices apply.
Users are responsible for the recipients they select and the messages they choose to send.

Find Your Patch may be available in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. Translations are provided to improve accessibility and understanding.
Automated browser settings, translation tools or later content updates may occasionally result in differences between language versions.
