Your choiceThe assessment does not require contact information.
Private follow-upInformation is stored only when you deliberately submit it.
No sale of dataPersonal information is not sold or shared for targeted advertising.

01Who is responsible

Find Your Patch is independently operated by Gina Pereira and Manuel Amaral, Independent Affiliates with Super Patch. It is not operated by Super Patch corporate.

Gina Pereira and Manuel Amaral jointly serve as the privacy contacts and persons responsible for protecting personal information handled through this website. Privacy requests may be sent to the email address below.

02Information we collect

The eight individual assessment answers remain in the visitor’s browser and are not included in a contact request. The website may record a random completion identifier, the three resulting patch matches, anonymous recommendation counts, a referral code, referral visits and the selected language.

If you submit the optional contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email, telephone number, country, province or state, town or city, postal or ZIP code, preferred language, referral source, message, top three matches and requested type of help.

The private CRM may later contain client status, assignment, tags, follow-up dates, notes, communication history, reminder consent, unsubscribe status, purchases, product, quantity, value, currency, reorder date and follow-up outcome. Technical logs may include an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and security events.

03Why we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, explain assessment results, manage consultations and client relationships, prepare requested post-purchase materials, document purchases, schedule follow-ups with separate consent, maintain security, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and understand anonymous assessment and referral activity.

Depending on the location and purpose, processing is based on consent, steps requested before or during a client relationship, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal or accounting obligations. Optional reminder or marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time.

04Sharing, service providers and international processing

We do not sell personal information, rent customer lists or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising.

Information may be processed by website hosting, database, authentication and email providers acting on our behalf, including ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI infrastructure, Cloudflare and, if automatic email delivery is activated, Resend. These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, the European Union or other locations under their own security and contractual safeguards.

When you deliberately open the official Super Patch shop, official quiz, a social network, WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook or another external service, that service’s privacy policy applies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or during a legitimate business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

05Retention and security

Contact and CRM records are reviewed periodically and kept only while reasonably needed for the client relationship, follow-up, dispute prevention and stated business purposes. Inactive lead records are normally deleted or anonymized about 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Purchase, accounting and legally required records may be retained for up to seven years. A minimal unsubscribe record may be retained to respect the opt-out. Anonymous aggregate statistics may be retained without direct identifiers.

Access to the CRM is restricted to authorized owners. Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. A suspected privacy incident will be assessed and reported where applicable law requires it.

06Your privacy rights

Canada and Quebec: you may ask whether we hold your information and request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or, where applicable, computerized portability. You may also raise a privacy complaint with us or the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

European Union and Portugal: where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to your data-protection authority, including Portugal’s CNPD.

United States: depending on your state and whether a law applies to this activity, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion or a portable copy and may appeal a refusal. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We will honour legally applicable universal opt-out signals for activities to which they apply.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained when required for transactions, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims or security. We aim to respond within the period required by the law that applies to the request.

07Browser storage and anonymous statistics

Find Your Patch uses limited browser storage to remember the selected language, maintain a random referral code, avoid recounting the same referral visit and avoid duplicating an assessment completion within the same browser session. These functions are not used for behavioural advertising.

Aggregate recommendation and referral statistics are business analytics, not medical records or clinical research. Shared cards and invitation links do not include individual assessment answers, wellness priorities, contact details or purchases.

08Communications

Submitting the contact form authorizes Gina or Manuel to respond about that request and manage the resulting client relationship. It does not automatically enroll you in every marketing or reminder program.

Day 1, 3 and 7 observation reminders require a separate recorded confirmation. You may withdraw optional communication consent or unsubscribe at any time. Necessary messages about an existing request or transaction may still be sent where permitted.

09Children

Find Your Patch is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If we learn that this occurred, we will delete the information unless it must be retained by law. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child’s information.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, service providers, business practices or applicable laws change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate website notice when required.
